Inspired by the world-famous ventriloquist Nina Conti and her beloved Monkey character, we've crafted the signature Fat Adam’s Ice Cream Cocktail, a highlight at our events.
Indulge in this unique concoction: two scoops of our luscious Salted Caramel gelato, artfully blended with a lavish shot of our silky Almond Old Fashioned. It's possibly the most delectable creation I've ever had the pleasure of making—a harmonious blend of salty, creamy, tangy, and sweet flavours, with a sophisticated alcoholic note that's simply unmatched. With other combinations being tested, watch this space!

How the ice cream cocktail was born!

I’d been thinking about merging our Fat Adam’s cocktails and Fat Adam’s ice cream, created by Fabio’s Gelato for a while, yet the production process is tricky.
Cue the ideas that came from the video on the left and I started experimenting.
The result was astounding!
We now offer our Fat Adam’s Ice Cream Cocktails at events, age restrictions apply, of course.
